James McCann, a British citizen, aged 40, began his career at Shell before joining Mars Inc. in 1994. Britain and Russia. In 1999, he joined Sainsbury where he successively held the posts of Sales Director and then Director of non-food items. In 2002, he joined Tesco where he practices, from 2003, as Director of Operations in Poland.
