How Can I Use Twilight Font

renovation of the Hotel California winery

The renovation of the winery are completed.

The walls were scraped, the floor was covered with a resin to avoid using harsh cleaning products and facilitate cleaning with water. The cement tanks that were not were equipped with stainless steel doors. A local art was created for storage of small equipment for wine production and electricity was up to standard.

In addition, five concrete tanks have been removed. Our predecessors worked twelve hectares, against the current seven. So we did not need such a capability for making wine, especially with the passage of organic vineyards, the yield per hectare fall.

This allowed us to save space, and we should facilitate the work of winemaking. The smallness of the place forced us to constantly move the pump, a hose, a tank, an extension cord to go from one place to another in the winery.

Even the old press was retoiletté.

Its last use dates back to the 70s (1970!). Maybe one day we wake up from this long sleep, but this is not news.

Come on, I put a picture of the winery as we found when we arrived on the property so you can appreciate the work done.

It remains to give a great blow cleaning to rid the winery dust from work, putting a finishing touches on our tanks and we will cement ready for our next campaign winemaking. I look forward to it but it will still have to be patient until the grapes are ready to be harvested!
