Compensation Lars OLAFSSON
All wanted to know about the salary of Lars Olafsson, but were afraid to ask? Ask the program! These items date from April 22, 2010:
- fixed annual remuneration: € 1,350,000 gross
- Compensation annual variable: 100% of salary if targets are met. Up to 200% if targets are exceeded.
- 130,000 options to purchase shares at a price of € 33.70 per option.
- 65 000 performance shares at maximum. Conditions: Reaching for fiscal year 2010, excluding fuel sales positive compared to 2009 (at constant perimeter) and reach over 2010 free cash flow of at least € 1.7 billion.
- Clause out: out resignation, retirement, off gross misconduct, the indemnity transaction will be equal to 24 months salary (average fixed + bonus). However, the allowance will be levied only if the average growth of turnover and EBIT was positive in 2 years. If only one of the conditions is reached (AC or EBIT), it will receive 50% of compensation. But if they leave motivated by the sale of the group to another party, the termination clause will apply in full (24 months) whatever the results.
- Supports the rent and expenses from its seat height of 100 000 € maximum.
- Provision of a car with driver
- 100 000 Issuance of shares, provided they stay 2 years.
