Can You Fly If You Have An Anuarism In The Brain
Melody underground
Internet is nice, the evening after work when the children are asleep, you leave the Comment on blogs, you discuss the end of fat with friends on Facebook, something very friendly on the whole, very well when you bump yourself all day like me and not end loneliness weighed. There's my dog and chickens to keep me company in the vineyard, but I speak neither dog nor fowl.
Rather than wasting their time trying to understand the language of dolphins, they had better decipher the barking of dogs, oceanographers are bored maybe a little least we winemakers in the vineyards. Always looking for stuff that you wonder what is it for these researchers, like the vines GMOs when there are so many issues where he could use their intelligence intelligently. I heard a mathematician on the radio say that science is the engine of humanity. An internal combustion engine then. At the same time, I criticize, I criticize, but science sometimes it was really good. I spoke here a geologist, researcher at CNRS, which was passed in the cellar for us to buy Beaujolais Villages. She had visited the same day that this wonderful German couple that travels over the last thirty years the roads of our region to the output of fruits and vegetables (when I think of the portrait I made of them in passing, where they can take a bit for neuneus, there are days I tell myself I'm a bit dumb. People charming, educated, speaking French more than one correct, true lovers of Beaujolais Nouveau in addition, an endangered species that must protect rather than to bury our heads in the oil. Moreover, if an evening of Beaujolais Nouveau, you see someone lying on the floor, having apparently too abused our wonderful drink, especially you do not touch it! Her mother could abandon it if she feels your scent. It is better call the fire they are used or SPAB (Society for the Protection of lovers Beaujonouvos).
But back to our geologist. Well, this charming lady called us yesterday before telling us that after our exchange in the cellar, she offered to come to the property with a group of students a Master of Geology that frames to produce a series of soil samples to help us better know and understand our land. There followed an exchange of messages to define the precise scope of their investigations. I will come back but I just wanted to tell you about a study she told me to be feasible and "hallucination" as they called them to lunch when I was a little less old but I know if it still says. First, a little info you gave me and this lady who has questioned the organic grower who sleeps with me (I'll go to bed I'm exhausted). We are talking about pollution by copper vineyard soils, particularly by organic farmers who have few alternative effective against mildew. She explained that she has conducted studies showing that organic vineyards show a higher biodiversity than those of conventional vineyards, until then nothing very surprising, but what is interesting is that the microorganisms more and most diverse show a greater capacity to retain heavy metals. Accordingly, this soil biodiversity bios factor is clean and natural soil, important corollary, resulted in a decreased content of heavy metals and copper in wines! I read also the conclusions A recent study conducted by the Southwest IFV which shows that the copper content in musts influences the potential thiol, less than its concentration, the higher the expression of thiols involved aromatic complexity of wine is Enhanced! So, you know why Mickey Moss? Because Spongebob and Mario brush. (I was a little afraid that you fuck).
Okay, now the thing that haunted me, but serious. I spoke to this lady's book of Kermit Lynch, my adventures on the wine route, where Kermit (we are very related) speaks of gooseberries that influenced the taste of a wine, that he was realized after they were torn and the profile of the wine in question was changed. I chained the savage thoughts that carpeted the floor in my enclosed with a subtle flavor that I thought up in my wine (although there is a fairly characteristic flavor profile of the appellation, often referred odor of violets and iris flowers). Well this lady is my intention to collect wild thoughts which it can detect and identify the flavors without being able to "quantify" (not standard) and checked by the same type of analysis if the flavors are also present in my wines ! So cool, no! It says that some wines have aromas of garrigue, I remarked at the end of the afternoon a wine that I deliver. Why not wine wild thoughts?
I do not know if those investigations lead to something really specific, I hope, with Kermit or if there have to stop the mushrooms (we are very related) but what chance is there anyway I can be given a ringside seat to follow the proceedings.
Otherwise, someone would have seen my MP3 player, you can not put my hands on it?
